LATEST NEWS

COURSE AND FINAL GRADES HAVE BEEN POSTED. Click on the link "1B Final" in the academic Calendar. Final solutions can be found with "Quiz Solutions."

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE FINAL:
A) Final examination will take place at the same place as classes: York 2722. Time: Wednesday, June 9, 8-11 AM.
B) There is no replacement final. You have to take it at the correct time.
C) No sheet of notes will be allowed. All the necessary information will be provided in the exam.
D) You are required to bring an official ID.
E) Do not forget to bring an scantron - the same one used in the quizzes.

The final will cover all the material until section 21.3 (included) plus the additional problem of chapter 21 done in class. The questions in the final will be equally distributed among the material covered in each quiz (20% of the final for the material of each quiz) plus 20% for the material not covered in any quiz. All the most relevant equations will be provided exactly as it has been done in every quiz.

Remember to bring the scantron for the quiz (see syllabus for details). You are not allowed a cheat sheet but you can bring any calculator.
