Physics 110B: Grades
Homework
Each homework assignment will be counted equally, but the number of points per assignment will vary. This is done to provide an appropriate weighting between the problems. For reference, here is the number of points used for each assignment:
- HW1: 20
- HW2: 25
- HW3: 15
Extra Credit
Occassionally, a problem will turn out to be more difficult than intended, In this case, it will be possible to earn more points than it is "worth". For example, you may see on your homework that you received 8 out 3 points on a problem.
